From the manufacture of bespoke metal fabrications and cable assemblies, to the complete fit out of the bus internal livery, GSL Bus division offers a low cost outsource alliance that differs from traditional sub-contracting.

Through this strategy GSL manufactures major high level assemblies such as Chassis Sides, Roofs and Inter Decks on Double deck bus variants, and Sides and roofs on Single deck options. Our experience includes the fit out of flooring, glazing, seating, doors, poles, destinations and cove panels.

In addition, we manufacture and assemble other integral bus parts on a full turnkey basis; items such as Front window frames, Rear window frames, Luggage racks, Stowage racks, Engine door covers, Seat risers and Bumpers, Destination panel and Driver cab support frames, and Battery support frames. These are all good examples of how we compliment our customers' expertise in coach and bus finishing.
