Whether your outsource requirement is high volume, medium or low volume, our sheet metal fabrication facility provides flexible CNC, fabrication and assembly solutions. Manufacturing mass transit CNC structures such as sides and roofs of buses, bespoke carriages and base trailers, wire-ways, racks, sub-racks, partitions, doors, bespoke cabinets, enclosures, plinths and switch-gear enclosures, we are positioned to support all your production needs, irrespective of market sector.
Sheet metal fabrication is the process of turning flat sheets of metal (e.g., steel or aluminium) into parts or products, by cutting, punching, folding and assembling.
In laser cutting, high-powered light beams are reflected and focussed into a finely tuned laser head that cuts through the material to very high tolerances. Laser cutting not only results in a fast, efficient operation but also leaves crisp edges and a high-quality surface finish that requires less cleaning.
An important part of the delivering high accuracy, speed and competitively priced manufactured metal and non-metal components and parts to customers. Our CNC machines can punch many shapes from simple round, rectangle or square holes to more technical punching such as countersinking, dimples, knockouts and louvres that increases our flexibility in sheet metal components.
Our skilled welders have good grounding in MIG welding, TIG welding and spot welding on an array of sheet metal product types incorporating many material types and thicknesses. The products we manufacture have high visual impact and therefore our welding is matched to this. Not only strong mechanically, welded joints are polished and cleaned where necessary to enhance visual appearance. We also have Coded welding certifications EN ISO 9606-1 2017, EN ISO15614-2.
