CNC Laser

In laser cutting, high-powered light beams are reflected and focussed into a finely tuned laser head that cuts through the material to very high tolerances. Laser cutting not only results in a fast, efficient operation but also leaves crisp edges and a high-quality surface finish that requires less cleaning.

CNC Punch

An important part of the delivering high accuracy, speed and competitively priced manufactured metal and non-metal components and parts to customers. Our CNC machines can punch many shapes from simple round, rectangle or square holes to more technical punching such as countersinking, dimples, knockouts and louvres that increases our flexibility in sheet metal components.

Welding

Our skilled welders have good grounding in MIG welding, TIG welding and spot welding on an array of sheet metal product types incorporating many material types and thicknesses. The products we manufacture have high visual impact and therefore our welding is matched to this.  Not only strong mechanically, welded joints are polished and cleaned where necessary to enhance visual appearance.  We also have Coded welding certifications EN ISO 9606-1 2017, EN ISO15614-2.
